The bout will take place on July 19 (July 20 Japan time) at Wembley Stadium in London. The event will be broadcast on DAZN. The two fighters will meet again for the first time since their previous clash on August 26, 2023 (August 27 Japan time) at the Tarczynski Arena in Wroclaw, Poland. In their first encounter, Usyk secured a KO victory at 48 seconds of the ninth round. However, in the fifth round, Dubois landed a right body uppercut that sent Usyk to the canvas.
